I AM READY TO LEAD...
MY TOP PRIORITIES TO SERVE HOUSTON COUNTY
Streamline processes to improve efficiency of the Clerk's Office. The county is already in the process of implementing a new case management system that I have been involved with from the beginning. This new system will allow for more efficient collaboration between the clerk, county offices and attorneys.
Provide more accessibility by upgrading technology. With the importance of social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, complete remote access for the public has never been more important to not only ensure the safety of the citizens but to make it more convenient for those with mobility issues.
Improve customer service to create a more welcoming environment within the Clerk's Office. Through additional customer service training and cross-training of employees they will be better equipped to handle a variety of tasks and provide an increased level of customer service ensuring a pleasant experience for citizens.
The person elected as Clerk of Superior Court for Houston County must have extensive knowledge of the law, court procedures, and must have a positive image within the county. Having been in public service for most of my life and proudly serving the citizens of Houston County, I believe I am the best candidate for Clerk of Superior Court. I ask for your Vote on November 3, 2020 and that you stand up for change and the new leadership you deserve.
